Le séminaire de lancement s’est déroulé à Marseille et a été organisé par Pistes Solidaires. Il a réuni tous les chefs de projet de chaque pays partenaire et a permis de bien cadrer les objectifs du projet et les résultats attendus.

Objectifs :

- Repréciser les attentes individuelles et collectives
- Affiner la définition des rôles et des tâches de chacun et les échéances
- Etablir les modalités de coordination et de communication
- Etablir les contrats de partenariat (administratifs et financiers)

Visite d’étude
26 avril 2011 au 1er mai 2011
Inde

Tous les Youth Leaders de chaque pays participant sont retrouvés en Inde afin de préparer l’échange international qui aura lieu en Octobre 2011 au même endroit.

Objectifs

- première rencontre et échanges entre les jeunes des différents pays
- repréciser les objectifs du projet
- faire un point sur les avancées du projet au niveau local (recherches ; formation au théâtre forum et création de la pièce de théâtre)
- définir clairement le rôle de Youth Leader
- échanger et mettre en commun des idées de pièce de théâtre forum à réaliser ensemble lors de l’échange final
- réfléchir sur les éléments logistiques de l’événement final

Echange international

Inde

C’est plus de 30 jeunes venus du Burkina Faso, de Bulgarie, d’Espagne, du Népal, de France et d’Inde qui se retrouveront à Bhubaneshwar dans l’état d’Orissa (Inde), afin de réaliser ensemble une représentation de théâtre forum, devant plus de 1000 citoyens locaux.
Un temps sera dédié au travail de réflexion et de création de cette pièce, puis un temps pour la représentation.

Objectifs :

- échange interculturel de grande envergure.
- représentation de pièces de théâtre forum lors d’un évènement unique.
- prise de conscience de l’universalité des enjeux du développement durable
- croiser les expériences et susciter la réflexion
- accroitre la dynamique du réseau local/international

Launch seminar

The launch seminar took place in Marseille and was organized by Pistes-Solidaires. The head coordinators of each partner country were reunited and this allowed the objectives and expected results of the project to be clearly clarified.

Objectives:

- To clarify the collective and individual expectations
- To refine and develop the roles and tasks of everyone
- To establish the practical details of coordination and communication
- To set out the partner contracts (administrative and financial)

Study Visit

India

All the Youth Leaders from each country will meet in India to prepare the international exchange that will take place in October 2011.

Objectives:

- To have a first meeting and exchange between the youths from the different countries
- To clarify the objectives of the project
- To make a note of the advances being made in each country locally (the research done; the forum theatre training and the creation of the theatre piece)
- To clearly define the role of the Youth Leader
- To exchange and clarify common ideas for a forum theatre play that could be realised during the final exchange
- To think about the logistic elements of the final event

International exchange
15 to 25 October 2011
India

Around 30 youths from Burkina Faso, Bulgaria, Spain, Nepal, France and India will meet in Bhubaneshwar in the state of Orissa (India) and will put together a forum theatre representation and perform in front of around 1000 local citizens.
Time will be dedicated to work and reflect on the creation of this piece, as well as to do the performance.

Objectives:

- To have a large-scale intercultural exchange
- To hold a unique event for the representation of the forum theatre
- To take conscience of the universal issues of sustainable development
- To mix up experiences and provoke reflection
- To increase the dynamics of the local and international networks
